我发现玻璃胶已经干了，但甲醛的释放可能还在继续。玻璃胶在固化过程中会产生刺激性气体，而干透后的甲醛释放则需要较长时间才能完全停止。一般来说，中性玻璃胶表面干燥大约需要2小时，而酸性玻璃胶则是30分钟左右。不过，完全干透所需时间更长，通常中性型号需要48小时，而酸性型号可以在24小时内完成。

使用硅酮类玻璃胶时，我们必须注意它的固化和粘接流程。在修补表面之前，必须等到外层凝固，这取决于不同类型的硅酮材料。如果我们用分色纸覆盖某一区域，那么必须在外皮形成前移除。

Glass glue's drying process is a complex one. The surface may dry quickly, but the inside may take much longer to fully harden. For example, an acid-based glass glue may take only 30 minutes to set on the surface, but it can take up to 3-4 days for the entire thickness of 12mm to fully harden.

To ensure proper bonding, we must follow certain guidelines. When using a single-component silicone-based glass adhesive, we simply need to squeeze it out of the tube and apply it with a brush or scraper. The curing time depends on factors such as temperature and humidity.

For instance, if we are bonding glass or metal surfaces together at room temperature (72 hours), they will develop an adhesive strength of approximately 20 pounds per square inch. However, in enclosed spaces where air circulation is minimal or non-existent, adhesion can be incomplete even after extended periods.

It's also important not to exceed recommended gap sizes when bonding materials like metal and plastic together – generally no more than 25mm should exist between these surfaces before application. After completion of any bondings under various conditions including sealed environments prior use should always inspect for successful adhesion.

Lastly note that some acidic types release vinegar during their curing process which fades away by end of this process resulting no lingering odors once solidified entirely!
