Tangential Flow Filtration,TFF

切向流过滤(Tangential Flow Filtration,TFF)是目前应用非常广泛的一种膜分离方法。样品在压力驱动下,内容物根据分子尺寸不同实现膜过滤分离,达到去除热原、置换溶液环境、纯化和浓缩等目的。

Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) is a widely used membrane separation method. Driven by pressure, the contents of the sample can be separated by membrane filtration according to different molecular sizes, so as to remove pyrogen, replace solution environment, purify and concentrate.

切向流过滤的膜部件通常是膜包或者中空纤维柱,二者均有多种型号,以满足不同的使用需求。膜材种类和孔径大小、溶液循环流速、膜两侧压力、样品温度、工艺时间等参数,是切向流过滤非常重要的参数,它们决定了**终的工艺效果,以及大规模生产的可行性及具体方案。实验室规模的切向流过滤设备致力于获得可行的工艺方案和可靠的工艺参数,为大规模试验和生产确定适合的工艺参数,提供设备或系统选型的有效依据。

The membrane components of tangential flow filtration are usually membrane package or hollow fiber column, both of which have a variety of models to meet different use needs. Membrane material type and pore size, solution circulation flow rate, pressure on both sides of the membrane, sample temperature, process time and other parameters are very important parameters for tangential flow filtration. They determine the final process effect, as well as the feasibility and specific scheme of large-scale production. The laboratory scale tangential flow filtration equipment is committed to obtaining feasible process schemes and reliable process parameters, determining appropriate process parameters for large-scale test and production, and providing an effective basis for equipment or system selection.

从滤膜的截留孔径进行分类,可以将过滤分为澄清过滤、微滤、超滤、纳滤和反渗透等。将不同孔径的滤膜采用切向流的操作方式进行过滤,即可称之为切向流微滤和切向流纳滤等。

The filtration can be divided into clarification filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. Tangential flow microfiltration and tangential flow nanofiltration can be referred to as tangential flow microfiltration and tangential flow nanofiltration.
